Report a dog attack as soon as possible, regardless of whether it occurred on public or private property. If you have witnessed or been the victim of a dog attack, you should report it to Muswellbrook Shire Council. If the attack occurs outside Council business hours and requires urgent attention, contact your local Police Station and report the incident to Council on the next working day. Council also encourages residents to report barking dogs and roaming dogs promptly so Rangers can investigate.
