Be prepared to provide:
- Date and time of the incident
- Location of the incident
- Description of the dog(s)
- Details of what occurred
- Owner details (if known)
- Any photographs, videos or witness information that may assist Council's investigation

If there is an immediate threat to life or a serious emergency, call 000.
If you locate a roaming dog that is displaying unreasonable aggression or poses a risk to public safety, do not approach the dog. Contact Fairfield City Council immediately on (02) 9725 0222.
